My name is Iliana Christou, and I am a 23-year-old student from Cyprus. I have been admitted to the Master's programme in Molecular Chemistry at Radboud University and have been awarded a scholarship to support my studies.

I am looking for accommodation from the end of August and would like to rent for at least one year during my Master's studies.

I have previous experience living independently and sharing accommodation, so I understand the importance of respecting shared spaces and being considerate of others. I am a quiet, clean, responsible, and organized person who takes good care of my living environment. I always pay attention to keeping my room tidy, respecting house rules, and maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

I am a non-smoker, I do not have pets, I do not host parties, and I live a calm and structured lifestyle. In my free time, I enjoy reading, going to the gym, cooking, and spending time outdoors.

I have a guarantor if required and can provide all necessary documents upon request. I am looking for a place that I can truly treat as my home, and I would be a reliable and respectful tenant.
